Your doctor sends your eScript to your phone by SMS or email — it contains a link and a QR code.

Forward the eScript email, share the link, or send a screenshot of the QR code to [email protected].

We dispense your medication so it's ready to collect — no standing at the counter while you wait.

What to include

Your eScript link — the link in your SMS or email (it starts with erx.com.au), or a clear screenshot showing the whole QR code.
Your name and mobile number — so we can text or call you if we have any questions.
One email per script works best if you have several.

Good to know

We check script emails regularly during opening hours (Mon–Fri 9–6, Sat 9–1).
Your eScript token is used once and stays secure — only our dispensary handles it.
No need to email your Medicare card — just bring it (and any concession card) when you collect.
Paper prescriptions still need to come in with you — this service is for eScripts.
