On the day of your appointment

A couple of minutes of prep makes your visit quick and easy.

Check in on your own phone. When you arrive, scan the check‑in QR code at the counter and fill in your details — Medicare card, a few screening questions and consent. It takes about two minutes and goes securely straight to the pharmacist, so there are no paper forms and no reading your details out loud at the counter.
Bring your Medicare card (and any concession card) — you'll enter the number and IRN during check‑in.

Arrive about 5 minutes early so check‑in is done before your appointment time.
Wear sleeves that roll up easily — vaccinations go in the upper arm.
Allow 15 minutes afterwards — we'll ask you to stay nearby for a short observation period, as with any vaccination.
